Indicating to move off? Allow the bus to leave.

Bus at stop · outside built-up area

No bus-stop exception: the bus yields when moving off.

At an equal-priority junction, give way to a tram even from the left. A tram must still follow traffic lights and priority signs. The ordinary turning rules in article 18 do not apply to tram drivers.

Within built-up areas, let a bus leave a stop when the driver indicates that intention. Outside built-up areas this exception does not apply; moving off follows the special-manoeuvre rule.

Let an emergency vehicle using blue flashing lights and a two-tone siren pass. Respond predictably, observe its intended route and make room safely. Do not simply drive through red or onto the pavement.
